Register Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unwashed, unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging or a secure, reusable mailer.
Ship It Back
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
